What seven requirements must a registrant comply with when representing themselves as a registrant, describing their practice, or being named in a group or multi disciplinary practice?

A

1) the registrants name, and title must be clearly indicated, and where, directed by the college must designate where, applicable that the registrant has restrictions, limitations or conditions on their registration

2) the registration must place immediately before the professional title, only the highest academic degree upon which the registrants registration of the college is based

3) I registered may specify other degrees or professional titles, such as MBA, only if the area of study is relevant to the registrant psychological practice

4) registration may describe themselves as registrant of the college of psychologists of BC

5) unless specifically authorized or required by the college, a registrant must list their title without any modify that suggest a specialty. “practising in”, “practice restricted”, or other introductions the modification of the area of psychological service are acceptable

6) applicants for registration or registrants, awaiting the warning of a dream, must not describe themselves as candidate for registration or candidate for degree, respectively

7) I determination of equivalence by an external credentialling agency, must not be represented listed, or otherwise used in a manner to suggest that one has actually obtained that credential
