They must ensure that they maintain awareness of any regulatory, provisions, pertinent to supervisee’a professional activities
What three things must a registrant ensure when they are in a supervisory role over a non-registrant in a multidisciplinary, collaborative care setting?
1) provide supervision only for that work, for which each non-registrant has the appropriate background, training, and experience
2) clarify their obligations as a supervisor with their employer, if any, and with their supervisee(s) regarding documentation of supervision, providing feedback, reporting activities, and any other elements of the supervision
3) maintain compliance with all other requirements in the code pertaining to supervisory services
