A registrant must provide diagnostic, therapeutic teaching, research, supervisory, consultative, or other psychological services only in the context of a defined professional, or scientific relationship or role

A registrant must provide psychological services which are appropriate and adequate to the clients needs, or else refer the client to another service provider for services

A registrant must fulfil the terms of their agreements with a client as established while obtaining informed consent for services at the outset of the professional relationship
What must a registrant assume when a registrant provides psychological service through a partnership that includes a non-registrant partner?
The registration must assume responsibility for the planning, supervision and billing practises of the psychological component of the services offered
What quality must a registrant look for when hiring personnel?
Must employe sufficient personnel to maintain the quality of any psychological services offered by or under the supervision of the registrant
What must a registrant do when they supervise any non-registrant in the provision of psychological services?
Must a client and the pair, if different from the client that the registrant has professional responsibility and legal accountability for the supervised services
What must a registrant attempt to do when a registrant offers psychological services, or is directing the psychological services of others within a sponsoring institution, and the registrant believes that the most appropriate services to client is not an accord with the expectations of the sponsoring institution?
