6) stipulate in the review report, whether the professional opinion sought is possible, based on the information reviewed and include a description of any limits on the review opinion, given the information available in the file

7) identify any conflict of interest past present or potential, and where they are of the opinion that there’s a need for any reassessment or additional assessment, make the recommendation that this is to be completed by another qualified practitioner
