Capacity Planning
Critical strategic planning effort for organisations to ensure an organisation is prepared to meet future demands in a cost-effective manner
Capacity planning is the process of predicting future IT resource needs and developing a cost-effective strategy to meet those demands without over- or under-provisioning.

Analyse current personnel skills and capacity
