How do you treat scrotal skin avulsion/laceration?
A
Should be explored and debrided
Managed housing the restocked in the remaining scrotal skin even if the repair may place the skin under tension

How do you diagnose a blunt testicular injury?
A
Usually occurs secondary to a direct blow to the testis impinging against the pubic symphysis resulting in contusion and rupture. Sac fills with blood and appears as a large blue tender scrotal mass.
