ADULT DOSAGE Bronchospasm LEVEL ROUTE DOSAGE EMT 1 EMT 2 MDI 12 (1.2mg) inhalations Salbutamol Repeat every 10mins if required No max dose EMT 1 EMT 2 NEB 5mg Salbutamol Repeat if required No max dose
PAEDIATRIC DOSAGE Bronchospasm LEVEL ROUTE DOSAGE EMT 1 EMT 2 MDI 1-5 years, 6 inhalations (600 mcg) Salbutamol Repeated at 10 minutes No max dose >6 years, 12 inhalations (1.2mg) Salbutamol Repeat every 10mins if required No max dose EMT 1 EMT 2 NEB >1-5 years 2.5mg/2.5ml Salbutamol Repeat every 10mins if required ≥6 years 5mg/2.5ml Salbutamol Repeat every 10mins if required No max dose
