how to identify which Willow security class is affecting a user

A

look at an example user from the group you want to affect, and see which security class is attached to them:

log into Class as an admin

open technician’s user record
–> search (Ctrl + space) User Security –> look them up by ID

you can see which security class they have access to, most are willow activities

now that you know which security class to edit, you can remove and add the appropriate security points
