  1. furosemide

40-80mg IV slowly

  1. GTN spray
    - 2 sprays
  2. CPAP
  3. Glyceryl trinate 50mg 0.9% sodium chloride IV at 2ml/hr titrating up to 20ml/hr
    - maintains BP
