What is the treatment for bradycardias with adverse features? (3)
A
- atropine 500mcg IV
- repeat the dose every 3-5 mins up to a maximum of 3mg
- transcutaneous pacing

What is the treatment for bradycardia without adverse features? (3)
A
- asess for risk of asystole
- observe no risk of asystole
- if asystole treat as bradycardia with adverse effects

What are the adverse effects? (4)
A
- shock
- bp < 90mmHg - syncope
- MI
- heart failure
