- blood cultures if sepsis
- ECG - 12 lead
- BP
- IV access
- 2 large bore cannulas

Treatment of board complex tachycardia with adverse features
A
- synchronised DC shock

Treatment of broad complex tachycardia with no adverse features
A
-amiodarone 300mg loading dose over 1 hour
followed by:
- amiodarone 900mg IV over 24hrs after loading dose
