Today I have been asked to give you an injection in your arm. This will involve me inserting a needle in your upper arm. It shouldn’t be too painful but just let me know if you are in any pain at all.

1. draw up the drug with filter needle (green or purple)
2. replace with orange needle
3. clean skin
4. pinch skin
5. inject at 45 degrees at 2/3rds needle length
