What is the UO critria for RISK?
UO less than 0.5mL/kg/hr over 6 hours
What is the GFR criteria for INJURY
Increased Cr x2
or
GFR greater than 50%
What is the UO Criteria for INJURY?
UO less than 0.5mL/kg/hr over 12 hrs
What is the GFR criteria for FAILURE?
Increased Cr x3
or
GFR greater than 75%
What is the UO criteria for FAILURE?
UO less than 0.3mL/kg/h over 24 hours
or
anuria for 12 hours
What is the criteria for LOSS?
Persistent ARF
-complete loss of kidney function greater than 4 weeks
What is the ESKD Criteria?
END STAGE kidney disease for greater than 3 months
