Back squat
A
- use a trx band to squat - this helps the client with balancing better
- elevated heels - if client can’t get good dept eg tight calves
- counter squat if client leans forward to much

Forward lunge
A
- do of a bench - client holding one arm to bench and doing a lunge help client to stabilise
- step up - less technical for client will help if they have stability issues

A
- do of floor - knees on floor - this will stabilise moving patterns make it easier for client

Pull ups
A
- banded across the rack client starting position on the band - good for client who can’t get chin all the way up to top position

A
- use a dowel and perform an rdl - help client get use to the movement without the weight
- elevated toes - forcing the hip hinge to give better ROM

Deadlift
A
-Use kettle bell this will help client get the right form then progress onto the bar
- hex / trap bar - works if client has tight hips will help with the movement better
