Q

why do practitioners struggle with reflective practice and reflective writing?

A

It can be very difficult to articulate how you feel when things go wrong.
It can also be uncomfortable to express truths or to highlight negative emotional experiences.
People can also struggle sometimes because they refuse to acknowledge their own need for personal and professional growth.
People are sometimes also unfamiliar with the theory underpinning reflective practice.
