Compassion is the desire to lessen the suffering of another person
Sympathy is a emotional response to another persons suffering and understanding something bad has happened to them
Emapthy is a intellectual perspective with emotinal perspective
Compassion and Sympathy are reactive responses whereas empathy is a skill that can be learned and developed
