Urgent 3 star
Severe progressive anaemia
Recurrent progressive infections or bruising or purpura (pin point bruising which looks like a rash of flat purplish spots) and bleeding
1or 2 star weight?
Over weeks to months: unexplained weight loss, recurrent sweats - esp at night fevers and poor appetite.
1 or 2 star lumps
Unexplained irregular shaped lump over 1cm. Usually hard, painless and fixed
1 or 2 star bleeding
Blood in vomit, urine, rectal or vaginal.
Surface of skin from tumour
1-2 star multiple lymph node enlargement
Swelling of Cervical, armpits and groin lymph nodes for more than 2 weeks with no other obvious reason. High priority if with other symptoms too.
1-2 star single lymph node enlargement
If a single node is very enlarged - typical of lymphoma
Abdo swelling can be a sign of a cancer metastasising if it is progressive
Painless abdo swelling (ascitis) particularly progressive over the course of a few weeks
