Lassitude - deficient qi to transform and transport to organs

Feeling cold?
Stuffy feeling in chest?
Dark lips?
He qi xu - as qi is part of yang
Feeling cold - heart yang not transporting blood to extremities to warm them
Stuffy feeling in chest - heart yang failing to move qi leading to qi stagnation
Dark lips yang failing to move qi so stag in lips
He Bl Xu
Insomnia?
Palps?
Dizziness?
Insomnia, anxiety, easily startled, poor memory - shen deprived of its residence.
Heart qi isn’t rooted, causing palps.
Dizziness - blood not nourishing the brain.
He Yin Xu
Bad dreams?
Insomnia?
Easily startled?
Poor memory?
Anxiety?
Malar flush
5 palm heat?
Feeling hot?
Includes he Bl xu - blood is part of yin leading to shen disturbance symps, insomnia, dream disturbed sleep, easily startled, poor memory, anxiety.
Malar flush, five palm heat, feeling hot - empty heat arising from long term yin xu
He Fire Blazing
Thirst, red face, feeling hot?
Dreams, disturbed sleep?
Mouth ulcers?
Bitter taste?
Urinary symps?
Symps of heat - thirst, red face, feeling hot. Mental restlessness and dream disturbed sleep due to heat disturbing the shen.
Ulcers due to heat rising into the mouth.
Heart opens on tongue so bitter taste from heat.
Heart heat transfers to SI then bladder causing urinary symptoms.
Phlegm Fire Harassing the Heart

Manic behaviour?
All symps due to heat or phlegm.
Mental symps due to phlegm obstructing heart orifices, so no resting place for the shen.
Phlegm from sp qi xu - unable to transform and transport fluids
Interior heat condenses into phlegm
Other symps due to heat leading to fire in heart
Phlegm leads to lack of clarity and heat to manic behaviour.

Other patterns this usually arises from?
Pain and constriction?
Cyanosis of lips and nails?
Arises from other Heart patterns. Usually Heart Yang or He Bl xu. If Heart Yang - fails to move Bl which stagnates and causes pain and constriction. Cyanosis of lips and nails due to stagnant He Bl not reaching hands and face.
