what is an adjustment reaction
states of subjective distress and emotional disturbance, usually inferring with social functioning and performance.
manifestions vary - depressed mood, social anxiety/worry, feeling of inability to cope,plan ahead, continue and some degree of disability in performance of daily routine

disorder in which persistent/recurrent delusions dominate clinical picture. delusions may be accompanied by hallucinations

organic cerebral syndrome characterised by concurrent disturbances of consciousness and attention,perception, thinking,memory,psychomotor behaviour,emotion and sleep wake schedule. duration is variable and degree of severity ranges from mild to very severe
