A

The designer will need to apply for a patent, which can be quite difficult to get. It can usually take around 5 years to obtain and the application for the patent includes a lengthy description of the invention with diagrams to explain how it works

A

A

When you see the symbol Tm after a trademark, it shows that it has not been registered- using an unregistered trademark offers certain rights under common law, but registering a design offers the design more protection
