• Prolonged seizures refractory to benzos

Adult: 15 to 50 mcg/kg/min or 1 to 3mg/kg/hr IV/IO

Pediatric: 8 to 83mcg/kg/min or 0.5 to 5mg/kg/hr IV/IO
