The present Perfect Subjunctive
1). refers to a time frame of the present perfect (Juan ha comida) and in a situation that requires,the subjunctive (Yo espero que Juan haya comido)

2) when the main clause in the future tense refers to an action in the subordinate clause that may have or will have taken place–the subordinate clause is the present Perfect Subjunctive
