Small, flesh to hyper pigmented macules/ papules. Sandpaper feel and tender/ painful on sun exposed areas

A
Acquired moles in 5-10% white population.

Irregular, asymmetric distribution of pigmentation. Commonly on trunk, larger and varied in color fried egg or targetoid center
