How does refraction happens?
Light travels from one medium to another
What is a medium?
Material
What happens when light through a denser medium?
Bends towards the normal
How can you use a ray diagram?
Shows the path of the light
What are the lenses in your eyes?
Convex and converging lens
What do convex and converging lens do?
Focuses light and makes you see
What is a focus or focal point?
The pot where the rays in the ray diagram cross. The light i refracted as iit goes into the lens and as it goes into the lens and as it comes back
What do convex lens produce?
Real images that you can put on the screen in a camera and virtual images when you use them in a magnifying glass
What is another type of lens?
Concave or diverging lens
What happens in concave or diverging lens?
Light is refracted to both surfaces of the lens
What is the image of concave or diverging lens?
Always virtual, you cannot put it on the screen
