10 degrees

QNH - 1013 - 993hpa = +600ft would read on the altimeter without change on the rwy because the pressure = 638ft

8-15 = - 7 degrees difference
7 degrees colder X 120ft = 840ft lower

Density alt = 638ft - 840ft = -200
The aircraft will perform better
