Placed both arms at one side, either sideward right or left. This may be done at the shoulder, chest, or waist level.
ARMS IN LATERAL POSITION
Place arms on side horizontal position; elbows bent at right angles’ forearms parallel to head; palms forward or facing inward; fists loosely closed.
ARMS IN REVERSE T
Partners face each other or stand side by side, girl at the right side of the boy. They join hands together, the right one over the left or the left one over the right.
CROSSED ARMS
Place one forearm in front and the other at the back of the waist.
HAYON-HAYON
Move the hand from the wrist either in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
KUMINTANG

put foot in a certain or desired position without putting weight on it. The sole of the foot rests on the floor.
PLACE
turn with the ball, heel, or whole foot on a fixed place or point.
PIVOT
touch the floor lightly with the toes of one foot, while weight of the body is on the other foot.
POINT
glide the foot smoothly along the floor
