Q

What would be seen on patellar instability x-ray?

Q

Treatment of patellar instability?

A
  • Physiotherapy to strengthen quadriceps
  • If recurrent dislocation is frequent:
  • Tibial tubercle transfer
  • Medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction: tendon autograft
