Fracture + dislocation of base of 2nd metatarsal +/- dislocation of other metatarsals at the tarso-metatarsal joints

No longer holds metatarsal in joint

A
CT scan
Difficult to see on x-rays

Signs & symptoms of Lisfranc fracture/dislocation?
A
- Grossly swollen
- Bruised foot
- Unable to weight bear
- BE VERY WARY OF NORMAL LOOKINGX-RAY

A
Pain and disability
