Signs/symptoms of morton’s neuroma?
- Burning pain
- Tingling
- Radiating into affected toes
- Clinical examination reveals loss f sensation in affected web space
- Mulder’s click test produce click
What would clinical examination of Morton’s neuroma reveal?
- Loss of sensation in affected web space
- Mulder’s click tests: medio-lateral compression of metatarsal heads
What is Mulder’s test?
Squeezing forefoot with hands
What will a positive Mulder’s test do?
Reproduce symptoms
Produce click
Investigation of Mulder’s test?
US: demonstrate swollen nerve

Metatarsal pad
