  • strong belt-like pain radiating to the back
  • gall bladder obstruction
  • jaundice
  • weight loss
  • dark urine
  • steatorrhea
  • Curvoisier’s sign: jaudice with enlarged gall bladder but no pain

  • most common: postop. w/ chemo
  • postop: chemo (45-50 Gy)
  • chemoradiotherapy is better that chemotherapy alone
  • SBRT: 6wks, high accuracy, hypofractionated, high doses (<5cm)
