- Slightly on the fatty bit behind the humeral head towards the very middle

Medial border scapula
- Palpate behind where on the medial border of that big muscle that comes out in massages

Bicipital groove
- Grab their humeral head area with one hand and let thumb rest in natural area should be by bicipital groove

- joint line of shouldeer from armpit

- On right side of elbow joint line just slightly above it

- Elbow slightly flexed in pronation and palpate above the bony elbow bit towards joint line

- Elbow slightly flexed in supination and palpate medial side towards hand bit above joint line

Ulnar styloid
- bony bit on pinkie side at the end of wrist towards the backside.

Radial styloid
- Bony bit at end of wrist under thumb

First carpometacarpal joint
- Hand laying flat by the fatty bit of bottom of thumb near veins

Pisiform
- Bony bit right at end of hand joint line under 4th finger (2nd last before pinkie)

Distal & proximal interphalangeal joints
- The bony bits on the fingers with distal being end bits and proximal being 2nd bits.
