Involves applying deeper pressure to the muscles and tissue. Through kneading, squeezing and stretching

Involves going deeper into the muscle tissue and breaking up knots that may be limiting movement.

- Breaks down and realigns collagen fibres, helping get rid of adhesions and scar tissue
