- Add low dose corticosteroid or leukotrine antagonist
- Add another option from step 2
- Refer

- Add low dose corticosteroid
- Add LABA (salmeterol)
- Increased corticosteroid to medium dose or trial leukotriene receptor antagnoist, oral theothylline or inhaled LAMA
- Increased corticosteroid to high dose
- Add oral steroid
