What are the main movements of atlanto-occipital joints?
Extension/flexion of head and neck
Rotatory movement
What are the 3 synovial articulation of atlanta axial joints?
Two between inferior facets of the atlas and the superior facets of the axis
One between the odontoid process of the axis and the anterior arch of the atlas
