A

If OSHA needs to respond to the scene.

  • where evidentiary materials may be compromised
  • where an imminent hazard exists that needs to be corrected or made safe for other employees or the public.
  • where the workplace accident may be newsworthy.
  • explosions
  • structural or excavation/trench collapses
  • catastrophes involving 3 people or more.
  • fatalities with unusual circumstances.
