Operational issues are issues that can jeopardise a business on a day to day basis.

We need to keep data secure from loss, corruption, data theft, hacking and illegal duplication.

Employers have the legal responsibility to keep their employees and customers safe in a work place.
What happens if an employer doesn’t keep their employees and customers safe in a workplace?
Employers will be facing court, fines and negative publicity.
What is meant by disaster and recovery planning?
Disaster and recovery planning is when a business assesses the risk of their assets, employees and running of the business.
