duodeno: teoria de Tandler.
yeyuno ileon y colon: lesiones isquemicas intestinales.

A

1: semi obstrucción con continuidad. 2: union por cordon fibroso. 3a: separación de cabos intestinales. 3b:defecto extenso con una sola arteria. 4: con atresia multiple.

tratamiento

A

prequirurgico: ayuno, eutermia, liquidos y electrolitos, antimicrobianos, NPT.
Quirurgico: anastomosis duodeno, anastomosis TT, ileostomia.
