- mainly palms of hands & soles of feet
- jaundice
later in pregnancy (3rd trimester)

A
deranged LFTs and bile acids

Mx?
A
- ursodeoxycholic acid
- emollients
- help soothe skin
- antihistamines
- can help sleeping
- vitamin K (if PT prolonged)
- due to malabsorption
weekly LFTs to monitor & IOL at 37 weeks
