A

implantation in tube and subsequent invasion into muscularis layer–> rupture and bleeding into abdo cavity

  • lower abdominal pain & tenderness
  • light vaginal bleeding
  • cervical excitation

    • confirm absence of pregnancy in uterus
  • HCG & progesterone
  • FBC
  • Group & save + cross match

A
  • haemodynamically stable, minimal symptoms & no bleeding
    • IM Methotrexate
  • anyone else –> surgery
    • salpingectomy /salpingotomy
