presentation?
A
- hyperemesis
- PV bleeding
- increased enlargement of uterus

Ix?
A
- USS pelvis
- classic snowstorm appearance of endometrial cavity
- abnormally high bHCG

Q
Mx?
A
- surgical evacuation and send for histology
- continue to monitor bHCG levels after to ensure they return back to normal
- if they remain persistently high–> chemotherapy
