Neuro test - tickling bottom of the foot - +ve test will be extension of the toes rather than curling
What higher functions can you test pt’s with?
Memory, communication, orientation, concentration, attention span
What is the Bobath Approach?
Hands on approach
Issues in the upper limb due to brain lesions?
Reduced str, increased tone, soft tissue changes, ipsilateral weakness, some muscle groups bilaterally innervated, coordination reduced
What is micrographia?
Small, cramped handwriting

What is neglect? And how do you treat it?
Common neurological condition where patients often become unaware of items to one side of them caused by the disruption of the visual cortex
Treat it by CONSTRAINT INDUCED THERAPY
