Rapid, shallow and labored breathing, Painful cough, Cyanosis, frothy sputum, clammy skin, rapid feeble pulse, Low BP, Crackles and rales

Miosis, sudden LOC, Convulsions, Apnea, Flaccid paralysis, Copious secretions from mouth, nose and lungs
