  • mild-moderate proteinuria
  • Azotemia (high level of nitrogen compounds in the blood)
  • HT

Nephric syndrome: causes

A

Primary:
- IgA nephritis

Post-infectious:
- Post-streptococcal GN

Secondary: associated with systemic disease

  • infection: HBV, HCV
  • medications
  • autoimmune diseases: SLE, Goodpasture syndrome, Wegener granulomatosis vasculitis
