A
- Macroscopic hematuria
- mild-moderate proteinuria
- Azotemia (high level of nitrogen compounds in the blood)
- HT
- mild peripheral edema
- mild periorbital edema

A
Primary:
- IgA nephritis
Post-infectious:
- Post-streptococcal GN
Secondary: associated with systemic disease
- infection: HBV, HCV
- medications
- autoimmune diseases: SLE, Goodpasture syndrome, Wegener granulomatosis vasculitis
