Q

Strengths of a natural experiment

A

-iv can’t be manipulated for ethical or practical reasons
-high external validity- ecological validity as you are dealing with real life situations

Q

Limitations of quasi experiments

A

-pps may be aware that they are they are being studied - risk if demand characteristics
-cannot randomly allocate pps so risk of confounding variables
