- Altered Conscious State and respiratory depression secondary to administration of narcotics or related drugs

Contraindications of Naloxone?
A
- Nil

Cautions of Naloxone?
A
- If Pt is physically dependent on narcotics, they may become combative after administration
- Neonates

Side Effects of Naloxone?
A
- Narcotic withdrawal: sweating, goose flesh, tremor, nausea/vomiting, agitation, pupil dilation, lacrimation and convulsion
