  • Responsible adult for 24 hours AND credible witness?
  • LOC? Altered consciousness? Fit? Agitation? Incontinence? Intox? High energy? Anti coagulants or anti platelets? ETOH? Bleeding or clotting disorder? Liver disease? LD? Co-morbidity? Safeguarding? Brain surgery? GCS 14 or less? Confusion/inability to recall events? Nausea etc? Penetrating head injury/skull fracture? Visual disturbance or hearing loss? Numbness, weakness etc? Significant bruising or wound to head, face or ears?
