Constipation, dysuria, inability to urinate, no urination in 18 hours, severe or prolonged vomiting or diarrhoea, woody on palpation, distention, melena, hematemesis, tenderness on palpation, MI in women, suspected AAA, appendix pain going away, sudden onset

Right hypochondriac, epigastric, left hypochondriac, right limbar, umbillicus, left lumbar, right iliac, hypogastric, left iliac

Kidney stones, UTI, constipation, lumbar hernia
