What is the treatment of midfoot arthritis?
Non op- activity, shoe wear, orthotics, injections
Operative- fusion
What are the symptoms of plantar fibromatosis?
Usually asymptomatic, unless very large or on weight bearing area
What is plantar fibromatosis?
Non malignant thickening of deep connective tissue or fascia of feet
What is the treatment of plantar fibromatosis?
Non op- shoe wear, orthotics
Excision
Radiotherapy
Combination radiotherapy and surgery
