- FSH levels x 2 (6 weeks apart) indicated if atypical symptoms, 40-45
- Check FSH, E2, TFTs, glucose, prolactin and FAI in women <40.

- Alternative therapy e.g. antidepressants, acupuncture, hypnotherapy, herbal
