bronchospasm caused by asthma or COPD, pulse less than 130 beats/minutes

hypersensitivity to the drugs or its contents
Albuterol Sulfate Dose
- Nebulizer with oxygen aerolsization - 2.5 mg/3ml over 5-10 minutes via nebulizer with 8-10 Ipm oxygen
- Metered dose inhaler - 1 to 2 inhalations

male less than 25 years old, female less than 35 years

use with caution if patient had recent surgery since aspirin can promote bleeding at the surgical site

Bronchospasm as result of Asthma, COPD, allergic reaction, pulse less than 130 ppm adult

dizziness, tachycardia, chest pain, palpitations, anxiety, headache, hypertension

DuoNeb - Combivent Contraindications
hypersensitivity to the drugs or components thereof, pulse rate above 130 ppm. No patient under 12 years of age

monitor heart rate, initial dose given per protocol. Second dose per MCP order. For allergic reaction - initial dose requires MCP order.
